Upea ja hyvin pÀivitetty uima-allas koti sopii 3 perheelle. Kolme master-sviittiÀ: kaksi sÀnkyÀ, joissa on ensuites ja toisessa queen-vuode. Kaksi lasten huonetta, joissa molemmissa on tÀynnÀ kerrossÀnkyÀ sekÀ kaksi oleskelutilaa.

Osittainen avoin keittiö, jossa on ruokailutila ja oleskelutila. KeittiössÀ on mittatilaustyönÀ valmistetut kaapit, parannettu laitteisto, graniitti työtasot ja ruostumattomasta terÀksestÀ valmistetut laitteet: liesi / uuni, jÀÀkaappi, astianpesukone ja mikroaaltouuni. Ruokailuhuoneessa on istumapaikkoja 10 ja neljÀ ylimÀÀrÀistÀ paikkaa marmorisen vastapalkin pÀÀllÀ. Koti on pÀivittÀnyt mattoa kahdessa master-sviitissÀ ja mukautetussa puulaminaattilattiassa koko muualla.

Kolme kauniisti pÀivitettyÀ kylpyhuonetta kotona. Kaksi on ensuites ja toinen sijaitsee kahden lastenhuoneen ja yhden master-makuuhuoneen kÀytÀvÀllÀ. Kaikissa kylpyhuoneissa on travertiini ja marmorilattiat. Mukautetut paneelikaapit, travertiini / marmoriset työtasot ja mukautetut kuviolliset travertiini / marmoriset suihkut.

Kaikissa huoneissa on 43-tuumainen plasmatelevisio, jossa on kaapeli-tv. Jokaisessa olohuoneessa on 50-tuumainen televisio. TÀrkeimmÀssÀ olohuoneessa on nopea langaton internetyhteys ja ilmainen valtakunnallinen puhelinpalvelu.

Pelihuone sijaitsee autotalli. Pelit sisÀltÀvÀt pingispongin, ilmakiekon, biljardia ja leluja. Lapsille ja pikkulapsille on tarjolla myös lastenrattaita, syöttötuolia, pakkaus n 'play- ja booster-istuimia. Queen size ilmapatja. TÀysikokoinen pesukone ja kuivaaja. Taka pihalla on kaunis uima-allas, ulkona maakaasu BBQ grilli, patio asettaa, ja muita tuoleja.

Perfect fit for our family

Great house layout for the group we had. Love that 3 out of the 5 bedrooms have their own bathroom. There was a toilet that kept and broken shower handle in one of the bathrooms but overall everything was great! My wife was a little concerned about the skunk family that scuddled through the backyard one evening, but no bad run-ins.

Perfect Disney Vacay

The home was just as described in a lovely quiet neighborhood. 15 min walk or quick 5 min UBER(11). Large bedrooms with en suites. Lovely heated pool, and backyard area. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome property for a large family.

The property was very close to Disneyland and neighborhood quiet. The rooms were large and there were 3 on suites. We were a family of 10 and had enough space for everyone that we weren’t on top of each other. The kids enjoyed the heated pool. Washer and dryer was convenient since it rained a lot during our stay. We would book again in the future.

Overall it was a great place to stay

Overall we liked the place and it was a great location. The beds probably could be replaced soon and we couldnt get the light to work outside by the pool. Not enough of an inconvenience though to ruin our stay. I would definitely stay there again. It worked out well for our party size and the location was great, right next to Disney.

Amazing home!

We loved staying at this home! It was so perfect for our family of 6! The home was in such an ideal location, was so fun, had everything we needed, and was so clean and well thought out. We walked to and from Disneyland so easily! We even left Disneyland early to go back to the home to go swimming. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay!

It's an OK house

This home is an easy Uber/Lyft ride to Disney. Jaywalking across a busy street would shorten the walk to the tram, but with the tram down while we were there, we chose the ride. There are a lot of rules and fines in this home and they are posted everywhere. It feels punitive even if you don't break any of them. The spa does take a while to heat, but they say that upfront so we got into the habit of turning it on when we got home. I agree with other reviewers that there is a lot of maintenance that needs to be done in the house. The carpet in two of the bedrooms is quite dirty and worn. I don't know if every home in the area has this problem, but after boiling water in the glass tea pot, we could see a lot of stuff floating in the water and on the side of the glass, even though we used the water from the fridge dispenser. We assumed it was filtered. Perhaps the filter hasn't been replaced in a while. And the fixtures show corrosion like there is an issue with the water. One bathroom had blue painters tape around one shower fixture and it was non-functional and corroded. And they could use a few towel hooks or bars. One bathroom had none. The sheets were soft and comfortable. A nice touch would be to have a blanket in each room rather than in the back of one bedroom closet since we didn't find them until our second night and we all slept cold because of the cold January nights. We were afraid to mess with the heat for fear of being fined if we got it wrong.

Awesome house!

We had 5 adults and 4 kids under 16, and there was plenty of space for everyone. There were actually 4 bathrooms, not 3, so that was a very pleasant surprise too. We knew we would be walking all day at Disney, so we just Ubered to and from the park. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing after a long day. We would definitely stay here again!

Disney vacation with family

Some really minor issues, but overall a really nice house, within easy walking distance of Disneyland and California Adventure parks. Five rooms, all with comfy beds, and plenty of room for my group of 6, easily room for more. Complete with heated pool and hot tub for easing rhe bones after a lot of walking. :)

Great home for a big group!

Overall great place we definitely had some problems while we were there but the management company got right on it. It was very inconvenient because there was no hot water and couldn’t heat the hot tub but they took care of us. I def thought it was closer to Disney than it was. It’s good to know it’s very close to the back side of the parks so it still was a 7min uber ride.

Family Trip To Disney

We stayed here with several generations of our family for a family trip to Disney. It was a wonderful trip, the house accommodated our large group well. It was a bit too far to walk to the park unless you are willing to jay walk (we were not) but is very close to the parking structures. The pool and hot tub were a big hit! Beds are comfortable.

It may have been updated but that was 20 years ago. There were too many deferred maintenance problems to list. Home needs a serious overhaul just to get it up to livable. So disappointed. Thank goodness we were there for disneyland and didn’t spend much time there

Great House for a big group!

This house was perfect for our group. Three families consisting of 5 adults and 8 kids (ranging from 7-16 years of age) stayed in the house during a Disney outing. We had 6 dancers dancing down Main Street U.S.A. The house was great because everyone could shower and we could do all the dancers' hair while they ate breakfast and got ready for the day. It's an easy walk from the house to Disney, and the pool and spa are great amenities to have for playing or soaking after a long day of walking. We would definitely stay in this house again!

Great Stay

We all enjoyed our stay at this property. It was perfect location to get to the beach, Universal, and Disney! We had plenty of space for 4 adults and 4 kids. The kids even were able to bed hop! There were actually 4 full bathrooms not 3! It was amazing!! The only pit fall was the child lock to the pool. It was loud!!! Other than that it was great.

Comfortable quiet place

Great location, the property was very close to Disneyland which made it very easy to walk with any age of children.

Perfect Escape

We loved staying at the house! It was perfect. There were 12 of us and we were never on top of each other. Having a pool too cool off during the heat wave was so nice. Close enough to walk back from Disney. Very nice neighborhood.
