Perfectly designed for fun and relaxation, the home features a private pool and grotto-style spa with a rockslide, grill, and two game rooms, making it ideal for families and larger groups.

Set in a quiet residential neighborhood, guests can enjoy a peaceful retreat while still being within walking distance of shops, dining, and entertainment. Fireworks from Disneyland can even be viewed from the backyard.

Minimum stay: 3 nights

Parking: Up to 3 vehicles in driveway only; no street parking, RVs, or trailers allowed

Quiet hours: 10pm–9am (pool, patio, and outdoor areas off-limits)

Age to book: 25+

STR Rules Deposit Hold: $500–$700 (charged only for rule violations)
Small dogs allowed (under 25 lbs) - fee and deposit will apply. Inquire for more information.

Long stays (10+ nights): may include additional mid-stay cleaning fee

Holiday check-ins/outs: may include additional cleaning fee

Bookings within 30 days: ID verification and proof of payment required

Guests will receive a rental agreement and pre-arrival instructions including the address and unique door code approximately two weeks before check-in.

The pictures of the property are not accurate. The property is worn and needs amount of cosmetic work. The beds are subpar. Master bath has a shower curtain where a glass door is supposed to be. This creates a significant safety hazard. The Pool area looks nice however hard to enjoy with all the bees and faulty backyard furniture. Do not walk in the property barefoot. You will get HEB feet (Texas thing, you will have severe dirt stains on your feet. I use VRBO 4 to 5 times a year when traveling with my co-workers. This is definitely a property that should not be rated above a 5 and not a preferred property in my humble opinion. Hope things change for future tenants.

Overall, the house was perfectly sized for what we needed. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked and outside pool areas was the highlight. We had several items that needed repair and response was prompt. Location close to Disneyland and amenities met all our needs!

Plenty of rooms, beds, and bathrooms for our family of 11. They even have a crib and 3 extra pack n plays for babies. Nicely stocked with essentials like towels, linens, pillows, dishes, soaps, etc. Very comfortable and has that cozy homey feel to it. Easy ten minute drive to the Disney parks. Plenty of parking in the driveway for our ginormous van that we rented to fit all of us. Loved our stay!

Convenient and Spacious

We picked this home for it's proximity to to the Parks. We did not want to deal with parking. It is about a 7-10 min Uber ride which we thought was worth it. The home was tidy and spacious, allowing everyone some personal space to unwind. They have a great pool/spa, we had a great time in there in the mornings and evenings. On the weekends you can see the fireworks from the Spa area. The only downside was the communication with the management, they required so much info in the booking process: birthdates and names of everyone who might be a guests, screen shots of processed transactions in your bank account to make sure it wasn't fraudulent, many reminders of the house rules and the penalties. I understand they're trying to protect from certain things but it was a little unwelcoming, feeling like a suspect. We were very respectful of the these house rules and didn't have any issues from neighbors. We had a great experience once we were there!

Great house!

This house was perfect for our family of 12 (including kids and teenagers). Location was convenient for our Disney trip and the pool,spa, ping pong and foosball were great for evening fun. Very clean and stocked. Loved it!

Extended Family Disney Vacation

Large house, comfortable for large groups. The pool and spa were a hit! The proximity to Disney was fantastic. Overall, it was a great place. Concerns were addressed promptly by property manager.

Nice on the surface

The good: The pool is the shining star of the house and great for kids. The decor is lovely. The kitchen is well-stocked with supplies and there’s a table that fits 8 which was great. The beds were comfortable and there were enough rooms for our whole family. There are plenty of towels and a good starter supply of shampoo, soap, dishwasher supplies, etc that was enough to keep us going for a whole week. Check in was easy - they send you a code for the door and you can arrive any time. The bad: The neighborhood is nice, but the house backs onto train tracks with trains that pass by super early in the morning. The house is air conditioned, but it seems to only keep the hallways and common spaces cool. The bedrooms were hot. Not unbearable, but definitely multiple degrees warmer than the hall. In addition, the air filter clearly hasn’t been replaced in ages because it looks filthy and got so full that it got sucked into the duct to allow air to continue to flow. The ugly: The place has a real ant problem. There are tons of tiny ants everywhere. You find them climbing on you when sitting on the couch. Don’t dare drop even a crumb on any surface in the kitchen or you will soon have a mound of ants around it. And the lounge chairs by the pool are crawling with them as well. We let the management know about the ants and a wasp nest we found and they said they would come look but never did.

Tons of space!

Great house with more bedrooms and bathrooms than we knew what to do with. Very comfortable and clean with a nice game room. Would definitely recommend!
