”The view from the house literally looks like a junk yard - a dumpster filled, garbage bags everywhere, broken glass, sheet metal, broken mirrors - all from a house being built across the street and construction gone wrong. It is noisy from traffic behind the house and a dog barks for 3 hours every morning. The furniture smelled like dog and looked like a dog chewed an arm.
