”I thought I had a river-facing room. It was not clear that some rooms faced a side street. The room was fine, nothing wrong. Breakfast was good. ”

”The B&B is located perfectly near all the sights but still in a quiet neighbourhood. It’s super cosy and we loved our room. Breakfast was very tasty but maybe a little small. But that was covered by the excellent afternoon snack that was more than we could have hoped for! Overall very positive stay, would do it again!”

”A jewel in St Augustine. This hotel is very clean and all the staff were friendly and more than helpful. We started our day at the included breakfast area. A very nice assortment of items. Our waitress , Melinda, was so friendly she made breakfast a pleasure. The view from our room was tranquil in the am and lively at sunset. We did not use the pool but other guests appeared to enjoy it. We would return ”

”Located in the heart of St Augustine close to shops and monuments. As an inn, it’s ok — quiet, clean, parking included. The food could use a bit of improvement, and some aspects of the building could use a refresh. ”

”the tap water in the hotel smelled like raw sewage. my daughter gagged while trying to drink it. had to go to the grocery store and buy bottles of water. the smell of the water stunk up the whole bathroom when the shower was turned on.”

”Small hotel with unbeatable location right on Vilano Beach with short drive to downtown St. Augustine. All rooms have an ocean view with small balcony (though first floor may be partially obstructed by sand dunes (we were on second floor)). Hotel is very pet friendly (and dogs are allowed on the beach). Friendly/helpful staff. No pool; breakfast decent not great. Still worth it.”

”The hotel and rooms smell very clean but after taking my shoes off in my room, it was obvious not all areas had been swept/vacuumed. Location is the best! Staff was always friendly and helpful. The condition of the room itself could’ve been better for a Hilton. Maintenance is not a priority here. One of our lamps wasn’t working, the bathroom vent fan was broken and there was no AC going to the bathroom. The room thermostat was off by several degrees- having to set it to 66° to make the room 70°....
