”Checked in and back out 5 minutes later. The room smelled musty and moldy, everything in the room was damp. It looks like they put a quick coat of paint on the walls to hide everything that was wrong. Extremely disappointed. No refund either then I was asked if i did anything to the room or could it be re rented… shameful”

”The room was clean but asked for non smoking room, and our room badly smelled like smoke. The ground was full of cigarette butts and there was no place safe for me to walk my Service Dog.
The staff did not speak or understand English, very hard to communicate what was needed.
My husband fell in the very slick bathtub 4/13/2026 and is still hurting on 4/22/2026
This accident was reported to the front desk and nothing was done.”

”Overall the stay was descent, however, the downfall is the location. Difficult to get sleep with boat motors launching, local truck meet up spot with trucks and cars revving up and burning out and the young crowd parting in the lot next to the hotel all night and early morning. No one available to discuss concerns, no staff at location through the night. ”

”Easy to get to. Check in was easy. Exactly what I nexpected it to be of a budget hotel on US 19. Booked an accessable room as i have mobility issues and stepping onto a bath tub is a problem. I was put into a regular room on the second floor. If there was an elevator i did not find it. As i was only there 2 days for a funeral I didn't have the energy to get it fixed. ”
