The Main house consists of 2 bedrooms a&2 bathrooms (accommodating 4 guests). The Master Bedroom is up the spiral staircase & features an open room with claw bath, Ensuite, split system heating and cooling plus a lovely view. A beautiful &relaxing space. The second bedroom downstairs also has a lovely outlook & is alongside the downstairs bathroom.

The Cabin (adjoined by deck) can accommodate 4 guests and consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and its own little lounge area again with heating and cooling.
The main house has spacious open plan living, large windows, dining and kitchen areas. This home feels miles away from the hustle and bustle of city living (yet its less than a 2hr drive from Melbourne).

The deck around Yarrabin offers a beautiful outdoor space to relax and immerse into the sounds of native bird life and the flowing stream that goes from the house to the dam*. Equipped with an outdoor Gas BBQ, kitchen sink, and ample bench space you can cook up a storm and come together sharing meals and building memories.

For the kids of all ages, you will have access to the Tennis Court, Basketball Ring, Small Foosball Table and even Board games books and puzzles for those rainy days

In the cooler months, you can sit around the outdoor fire pit staring up out the amazing array of stars that can only be seen in the country away from the city lights or snuggle up inside in front of the wood fire with a book. Only 45min to the entry gates of Mt Buller for those who ski.

In summer, spend the day on Lake Eildon with the closest boat ramp only 5mins away or relax at the property and enjoy the air conditioned comfort throughout the home. Sit on the back verandah in the egg swing chair and doze away with the fresh air around you.

There is a huge dam* with fountain and various walking tracks throughout the property and many things to discover such as wombat holes and a flowing creek. The bird life is beautiful, and kangaroos, echidnas and wombats may all be spotted if you happen to stumble across their path.

Spend your time wandering around, or just sit on the veranda and watch the beautiful sunrises and sunsets.
No matter what time of year, Yarrabin is a beautiful place to stay with endless access to activities. Due to its perfect location, you can go fishing, boating, skiing, bush walking, cycling, mountain biking, motorbike riding and horse riding, all within a short drive from the property.
