Business hotel in a holiday resort
Hotel is newish, very clean and in very good condition. Room size was good, good amount storage space is available, bed was really comfortable. TV has Chromecast, which would enable me to watch eg. Netflix really easily. Very cool, if you go to Andermat to watch TV. Breakfast was really good quality and wide selection. If I was on a business trip, I'd love this hotel. For a hiking holiday, I don't really see the benefit from the rather high price. Room has no balcony, no bathtub, no view. The spa has just basic pool and sauna. The location is okay for the ski lift, but wrong direction from the restaurants and other facilities in city centre.

Property itself was nice and new. Room was low on amenities (in room coffee not refilled for the next day, bedding was not provided for the second bed even when it was obvious that it was being used). Area around hotel had significant construction going on. There was no hotel parking left when we arrived because there was a concert happening at or near the hotel. Overall it was totally fine, but we felt like we paid plenty for the room at ~$550 a night and it just wasn't quite up to the service standard we have come to expect from a premium hotel. The ski lockers were incredible, and it is very convenient to the gondola!

Stort fräscht nytt hotell. Bra frukost. Stor pool, litet Spa. Liten buss som går två gånger i timmen till liftarna, går dock att promenera ca 600 m till närmaste liften. Till Gemstock är man dock hänvisad till den överfyllda bussen.

We had pre-announced that we need non allergenic pillows and blankets. At arrival there were none. We asked reception and house keepers several times. But they said they had none. Next day I spoke with house keeper manager and she immediately helped me and also told me this was nonsense. The effect was that I had a severe asthmatic reaction the first night, despite windows wide open and my first day (out of 3) completely ruined. I talked to the receptionist couple of times about it. What did they offer; 2 drinks in the bar. I am speechless. This hotel had ambitions but great guests like this and don’t even have a routine to make up for mistakes like this.

Fantastic breakfasts, great staff, modern, clean, great climate control - no hot & cold spots - noticeably great. Pool, saunas, steam room, fitness center top notch. A great property really. I stay in a lot of nice places mostly outside of Europe. Definitely recommend.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit Stylelementen. Grosszügige Zimmer, sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Der einzige Makel (auf hohem Nievau) ist, dass es keinen warem Poolbereich gibt.

Wenn spätabends die Zimmerkarte nicht funktioniert und ein erneuter Gang an die Reception erforderlich ist, weil man offensichtlich nicht korrekt eingecheckt wurde, und bei allen Gästen aufgrund von Problemen mit dem Computersystem alles enorm lange dauert, dann kann man keine der Anzahl Sterne entsprechende Bewertung geben, weil eben auch die damit verbundene Erwartung nicht erfüllt ist.

We went here to ride the passes but weather was not good. However the hotels facility's came in handy pool and gym. Staff were excellent room was really good room was cleaned every day we stayed for 5 days.

The hotel staff was very kind. The hotel was clean and had a fabulous pool. We were given excellent restaurant recommendations. We ended up walking to Pinte, a fabulous pub with excellent hamburgers. If you take the train, just be careful on the google maps as to how to get to the hotel. It gave us the wrong directions and took us a very long way around. In the train station, when you walk down under the station, there is a sign to point you in the right direction. I would definitely stay here again.

Great experience, only hotel in my 6 country journey with true +4 star experience. Only thing to remark on was a very noisy road construction during my visit (can’t believe how those noise levels are even allowed), but that’s certainly not the hotels fault Will come back!

Stunning Design - Great Service
Easy walk from the rail station, and quick easy check-in. Full modern amenities throughout the hotel, with very pleasant design and stunning LED lighting in common areas. Room was excellent, comfortable, with a wonderful rain-type shower. Staff were discreet but friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a la carte offerings and very large buffet offering. Location is in a new development with new shops & eateries being added - safe feeling around the hotel. We were extremely pleased with our stay here.

Der Apero riche am Freitag war sehr mager. Das Abendessen war gut, etliche besonders die jungen hatten nicht genug am Essen. Einen Nachschlag von Gemüse und Gratin hätten wir erwartet. Wir haben sehr gutes Brot in der Schweiz ! Warum muss alles mit Curry angereichert sein.
