## Emplacement
Andernos-les-bains is a commune located in the basin of Arcachon. It is an ancient Gallo-Roman city with a rich historical heritage, you can visit the Saint-Eloi Church, the Maison Louis-David which hosts exhibitions of paintings and plastic arts as well as the longest pier of the basin. On the nature side, you will be able to enjoy the Quinconces natural site which shelters a diversity of landscapes and environments between forest, pond, rivers and near. The port and the open-air shows make the city a warm place where you can spend your vacations between sea and history.
Since the beginning of June 2023, a property development site has been under way in a location adjacent to the residence. Noise pollution is possible during this period on weekdays.
