You will enjoy an idyllic setting with a large flowering garden, a terrace and a plancha to treat yourselves throughout the summer. A setting conducive to relaxation! Close to the beach and its many activities, you can enjoy a holiday in the sunshine of the basin. The house has air conditioning only in the upstairs bedrooms.



Upon arrival at the house you will discover the charming and spacious living area with the lounge corner with television and decorative stove only. Just behind you will access the welcoming dining table with the open kitchen next to it. Fully equipped you will find everything you need for cooking as well as induction hobs, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a dishwasher, a toaster and a Nespresso coffee maker.

You will find everything you need to welcome a young child: baby cot, high chair, bath, lightweight pushchair and outdoor games.



The house has 3 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: on the ground floor: has 2 single beds 90/190 making a large 180/190

Bedroom 2: upstairs: has a Queen Size bed 160/190

A single sofa bed is available if needed.



The house also has a bathroom with 1 separate toilet on the ground floor and another on the upper floor. In the garage, a washing machine as well as an iron and ironing board are at your disposal.



To park, 3 private parking spaces are available in front of the house. You can also leave bicycles.

Animals are accepted with particular attention to picking up faeces.

The tourist tax is added to the rental amount and must be paid before your stay.

Any linen ordered is provided upon your arrival for the entire duration of your stay, with no possibility of replacement, and cleaning during your stay is outside our scope of services.



The accommodation does not have a socket specially designed for charging electric vehicles. For safety reasons, please do not use domestic sockets and instead use a dedicated charging point.
