”The room was very clean and well appointed. The staff was friendly and responsive. The breakfast was well above the typical hotel included breakfast, Nice touch, providing free drinks for happy hour. Overall, a great experience.”

”Front desk was unprofessional, wouldn’t send anyone to room with needed towels and toilet paper. Had to go in person to front desk . With as much as you pay for a room here I would expect a little better service and attitude .”

”The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. I was with my family for the new orientation conference at A&M. The only thing I had an issue was the beds were a little high and I had a hard time getting on them. So just keep it in mind if you are short or have younger kids,”

”The staff was very helpful especially during breakfast times. The room was clean and everything seemed well maintained. The only negative thing in the room was that the bathroom door did not shut completely, but that was not a big deal. The breakfast was decent, I would recommend more doubles of everything so that lines move faster. Overall the stay was pleasant and I would recommend this Hotel.”

”The ac was not working in the actual hotel itself but thankfully the rooms were cool. We always try to stay at Home 2 Suites when we travel especially in other states. The College Station location seems subpar compared to the many others we’ve stayed at previously.”

”There was one lady I believe was the manager who was rude when I asked for additional towels. My check out time per Expedia was 12pm however, the day that I was supposed to leave the property, they told me that I had to check out by 11 even after I told them my checkout time per Expedia was 12 o’clock. The laundry area was pretty dirty as well. Overall, the room was great. The cleanliness of the room was great. The housekeepers were great. I did not want my room cleaned during my stay, however,...

”None of the bath/shower 3 dispensers had anything inside. There was some mold around the tub and under the rim of the toilet was beyond disgusting! The room was either freezing or hot and muggy. One of the TV remotes was dead, the coffee cups were the smallest I have ever seen!! The breakfast wasn’t that good. The 2 staff members who brought us more towels, provided shampoo and conditioner to fill 2 of the 3 dispensers. She didn’t have any cream for the 3rd empty dispenser so we got quite few...
