Norris Lake Condo at Waterside Marina, Andersonville, TN

This Norris Lake property is a professionally and beautifully decorated condo, and it’s nestled in the mountains of East Tennessee! From the private balcony, to the lake views, to the many amenities the development offers, this comfortable condo will feel like a home away from home.
Located directly across the parking lot from the front door of the condo, guests may enjoy the use of a 2000 square feet clubhouse; however, guests may not host pool parties or events. The clubhouse has a kitchen, a living room with TV, poker table, fitness center, and separate rest rooms. Access to the development’s outdoor pool and hot tub (no lifeguard on duty) IS SEASONAL, and both open the end of May and usually close in September. The outdoor area at the club house provides a gas grill, ample covered patio seating around the pool for cooling off in the shade, or if you wish to bask in the sun, you may enjoy one of the many poolside loungers. The property includes a small putting green and an additional picnic area with charcoal grills. Children will love the nearby, small play set! This is a place for relaxation and family fun!
The property is situated on a point and includes a lighted, concrete walk-way. After a long day on the water, guests may enjoy the covered outdoor area on the point, which includes an outdoor fire place and beautiful seating area. If guests opt to stay inside for a television night, ROKU platform is available, using guest mode to stream.
Norris offers exceptional fishing, and the water is beautiful, clean, and clear.
Waterside Marina, including a seasonal restaurant, is nearby and offers everything you need for a fun lake getaway! Call ahead to Waterside Marina to check the availability of a pontoon rental. During the summer lake season, pontoon rentals go quickly! Reserve in advance! PLEASE NOTE: The Waterside boat launch is private and designated only for condo owners and insured boat slip renters, per Waterside Marina. Condo renters may not launch at Waterside Marina. Launching and boat storage/parking is not part of the condo rental agreement. There is a nearby public launch at Big Ridge State Park or Loyston. Neither boat or jet ski trailers are allowed within the gates at the Waterside Condominium complex.

You will be guided to the gated entrance.
Again, the pool and hot tub (no lifeguard on duty) do not open until the end of May, the condo’s gas fireplace is seasonal (winter only), there is a three night minimum on this rental, and guests may not host any party or event in the condo or on the development’s property.
Lastly, and importantly, inside the condo, there are two flights of stairs.

Excellent Stay at Waterside!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Judy & Jeff’s Waterside condo. The condo was clean, and accurately described from the listing. The pool and access to the Marina were huge selling points to this unit. The view off the balcony was wonderful! Our kids really enjoyed the tv on the patio in the evenings. We would book this condo again without hesitation.

Perfect location for Norris Lake getaway

This property is perfectly located at the marina which made launching our boat so easy. The condo itself is very well stocked with anything you might need. Owners are very quick to respond to any questions. I would highly recommend this rental!

Beautiful condo and great time on Norris Lake!

Very accommodating to our needs. Loved the lake colors and decor of the condo. The two bedroom two king side beds had plastic covers and then nice pads. The sheets were of nice quality. Very comfortable! The kitchen had all the extras one may need and the pots and pans, including the skillet, was of good quality. The provided washer/dryer unit was perfect for a load or two during our stay. Back patio was furnished for evening use. I can’t say enough about this accommodation. The owners made it very easy to reach out. We will definitely stay again next year in September! Thank you.

Beautiful Condo

We really enjoyed our stay at this Waterside Condo. It offered plenty of space for our family. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Checkout was really easy, too. Access to the marina was perfect. We would definitely choose to stay at this condo again.

The condo was just as described. The owners were wonderful to work with. There was an issue with the internet before we arrived & Jeff worked to get it all fixed. The beds were very comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Another Great Stay

Long Labor Day Weekend

The condo and property were beautiful. Well maintained. We enjoyed the sunrises and waterfront views from the balcony each morning. Pool was fun the day we didn't have a boat. Very relaxing weekend.

Anniversary weekend

Upon entering the condo, wow! Beautifully decorated, nice layout, perfect patio to hang out on. Owners make you feel welcome and answer any questions without delay. Thank you, Jeff & Judy! Waterside marina made it easy to rent a pontoon. The restaurant had delicious tacos. Perfect way to celebrate our anniversary! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful property right on the lake!

Highly recommend! Judy & Jeff take excellent care of this property. It is beautifully decorated and the condo has absolutely everything you need for a great vacation. Amazing location, right on the lake. We enjoyed being steps away from Waterside Marina. There was a band at the restaurant and the food was really good. The owners live nearby and are very responsive. Communication with them was great. We will be back!!

Norris Lake Getaway

This is our Tenth year returning to Norris. Although this is only the second time renting from the Newgents, they have made this a great experience. Their condo is beautiful, well equipped, and the check in is without flaw. Waterside is the quite part of the lake but has easy access to Bubba Brews for pull pork or Stardust marine for the great grouper sandwich. And after three days on the boat, you have to catch a great show or dinner at Pigon Forge an easy 40 minute drive. Already planning two more weeks for next year. Thanks for letting us enjoy your Condo again.
