”I enjoyed my stay at Kumanday Lodge. I was so happy to have a comfortable bed, if you have been traveling around Colombia you will have found out that they like their beds firm. As an American I am not use to that so I was very happy to have a soft bed. It was the most comfortable bed of my trip. The owners were wonderful and when I arrived I was greeted by name, I like that it made me feel special. Another thing that is important to me is hot water, they shower had plenty of hot water so that...

”I reserved the basic cabin. On Exepdia there are no pictures that show that the basic cabin is about 10 x 10 feet and that the only article in the room is a matrass on the floor. It also does not state that the toilet and shower are about 100 feet away from the cabin and that there is not even a path to get to them. You have to walk over grass that becomes extremely soggy when wet. There is only wifi in the restaurant and no electrical outlets in the cabin. I just want to state that the info...

”Rooms were clean, but a lot of the included equipment like the water equipment (kayaks/paddle boat), large swing, two restaurants were ‘not working.’ Which was a reason we chose this location. The food was excellent, but service slow. The all inclusive breakfast changed locations without notice to the guests-
The airport transportation was coordinated ahead of time and when we landed after an early flight, the driver informed us he would be an hour late. Many small/medium inconveniences but...

”The owner was incredibly friendly, greeting us with a complimentary drink and a hot towel right at check-in. Our room came stocked with coffee and tea, and we were also allowed to check in an hour early. Throughout my stay, the host was extremely attentive, always ensuring we had everything I needed. I could simply send a text if I wanted a ride, had questions about local activities, or needed help with food delivery. One of the highlights was getting a ride to the nearby hot springs, which was...
