”Room was adequate. There was a storm that passed through a few hours earlier and the power was out, they said it would be back on within 30 mins. It took a while to come back then was intermittent throughout the evening with a generator, not ideal for the need to charge things the night before our departure. The WiFi didn’t work (assuming due to the power) Beds were ok… pillows were rock hard.
Not the best place to stay for more than 1 night”

”The hotel is an old German house, the owners keep a nice vintage decoration, local sculptures, is a very friendly and beauty place to stay in Puerto Varas. This was our second time in this beautiful hotel. The breakfast are great, in the Chilean South tradition. ”
