The house is located just blocks from bunker hills park, trails and wave pool! Shopping, groceries and restaurants are located just a quick 5 minute drive away. Enjoy the cozy gas fireplace in winter months, garage parking, separate bathrooms and private laundry all located in a quiet family friendly neighborhood.

Garage: 2 garage stalls and 2 driveway spots can be used (total of 4 cars - street parking is available)

There are more bedrooms in the house that will be locked during your stay.
Guest access
You will enter through the main garage stall and have access to two garage stalls and 2 spots in the driveway.
*note* the garage and driveway is shared with lower unit guests, they use the 3rd stall.
Other things to note
***PLEASE READ***
- The basement is rented out also - guests for the LL use the 3rd stall and have a private entrance through the 3rd stall. We do ask that you have quiet hours 10pm-8am and be respectful of the guests below. It is rare that you hear the guests downstairs, although it is a possibility.

- During winter months, there are shovels and salt provided for snowstorms. If you are unable to shovel, please let us know.

- We ask that guests wash the dishes they use during the stay and take out garbage.

- We do not allow any animals in the unit to keep it as clean as possible and provide a safe space for those with allergies.
