Welcome to Camp Happy! Enjoy the beautiful mountain scenery while spending time with your family in Angel Fire. This four-bedroom/two-bathroom sleeps 8 and is walkable to the Angel Fire Country Club! The Primary bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed with doors leading out to the large deck. There is an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a large soaking tub. Connected to the primary bedroom is the second bedroom, which has two twin beds. The third bedroom has a queen with doors leading out to the deck. The fourth bedroom also has a queen bed. There is a full bathroom in the hallway between the two bedrooms. The kitchen, living, and dining areas are open-concept with large floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Angel Fire Mountain landscape. There is a clothes washer and dryer on the lower level in the utility room and garage access. There is a collection of DVDs for your use.

LOCATION: This home is approximately 2.8 mile or 7-minute drive from the Angel Fire Mountain activities. Shared community indoor heated pool located at the Angel Fire Country Club approximately 0.5 miles or 2-minute drive (fee applies)
PARKING: On-site parking for 2 to 3 vehicles (garage access)
INSURANCE: Most reservations come with accidental damage insurance, should you have an accident in the home. The Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 OR $1,000,000 coverage for property damage and bodily injury, depending on the property.
SAFETY & SECURITY: For the security and safety of our property, please note that we have 3 exterior security cameras located at the east front corner of house (not active and not recording, but this monitors the walkway steps from driveway toward corner of house), at the west side of property tree mounted at driveway turn (not recording, but is monitoring driveway entrance, turn driveway switch back and west side view / front of house), and at the west side of property backyard, tree mounted (not recording, but is monitoring the backyard & rear of house viewed west to east). All cameras are Blink. They are disarmed from any motion detected activation, but is activated on manual demand to view weather and property condition. There are absolutely no cameras inside the home or in any private spaces.

During the winter, please keep in mind you are traveling to the mountains. All of our properties are maintained by snowplows and we make every effort to ensure the property is accessible upon arrival, but please be prepared! A 4WD is needed to reach this home during the winter months. Resort Properties cannot be responsible for guests' inability to reach the booked property due to the lack of a 4WD/AWD vehicle.
