This unbeatable location is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts - there are multiple green belt trails to mountain bike and a lake to paddleboard, kayak, or fish. Skiers will appreciate the proximity to Angel Fire Resort, just four miles away. Taos, another beautiful mountain town, is 12.5 miles away with multiple restaurants, galleries, and sights to please any visitor. Other great attractions include Angel Fire Resort Golf Course, Angel Fire Community Center, Water Works Gallery, and Eagle Nest Lake State Park, and Taos Ski Valley.

This mountain-view home away from home boasts two large decks with ample outdoor seating and dining - the perfect spot to dine alfresco while taking in marvelous views. A gas grill is available should you feel like surprising your guests with delicious grilled treats. As you enter, you will discover rustic/Western decor throughout and plenty of space for families to enjoy indoor activities as well. Spread out comfortably in front of the wood-burning fireplace while the chef of the group prepares a culinary masterpiece in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all stainless steel appliances. Coffee enthusiasts will appreciate the two coffee makers available. The game room provides you with unlimited hours of nothing but entertainment. There, you will discover a pool table and a rec area with a large smart TV with streaming and cable. Additional perks include a jetted tub in the main bathroom, board games, a firepit, and a washer/dryer.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
During the winter months, four-wheel drive may be necessary to enter and exit the driveway.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
