”Clean”

”Very clean and new hotel building. Rooms are tight but clean and have fridge and microwave oven. Since located in downtown Oakland it can get quite busy in surroundings, though 11th street is somewhat calm area. My room windows were on the street side and it was pretty noisy during nights. If you wear ear plugs it is no big deal. I stayed 10 nights and my room wasn't cleaned for once. Breakfast is okay. Nothing fancy but you get what you need to start your day. I probably wouldn't stay here...

”Pretty run down old hotel. The carpet in the room was so dirty I had to wear slippers or shoes. Also constant bad smell in the room. Everything is just super worn down and dingy. Other than that the location is good.”

”Huone siisti, hyvä palvelu”

”We stayed 8 nights at the Inn. Staff was polite when met and cleaners visited the rooms every day. Location-price combination is great and it’s short enough trip to downtown or northern shore of the bay - so great place to start and end daily trips in that area. If you are travelling with car, it’s good to know that parking is free of charge - even thought the parking spots are rather tight for average US cars. Few things were little unpleasant on our stay: -Everything and I mean everything...

”Property is a little outdated. But room is very spacious. The breakfast is better than the usual hotel breakfast . Hotel representatives are very helpful. Per my phone request before I arrive, they helped me to change the room to a very quite location”

”Nice and clean. Cute little spot out of the main flow. Quite,”

”Hotel is old but a good location and budget friendly. Our bathroom was remodel but not clean upon arrival. They did provide cleaning wipe for me to clean. The neighborhood sidewalks was filled with feces (watch you step when walking outside). If you are okay with city noises than you will be fine with the noisy streets. Unfortunately, the coffee machine was out of order during our stay. The Cozy Cafe was a good spot for food and coffee. The staff was helpful and nice.”
