This spacious 94-square-meter apartment with a separate entrance offers cozy accommodations for 2–4 people. It is located on the first floor and features a spacious sun terrace where you can relax. The apartment includes a separate living room with satellite TV and a stereo system, two comfortable bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The modern amenities include a dishwasher, underfloor heating, and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, electric stove, electric kettle, dishes, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker.
