This spacious apartment situated on the first floor without a lift can accommodate up to 4 people.

• Bright living/dining room with comfortable sofa, a TV, a large table and chairs, all enhanced with refined decoration featuring large and beautiful pieces of art.

• Open and fully equipped kitchen: microwave, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, toaster, oven, two coffee makers (one filter and one Senseo) and oven.

• Two independent bedrooms: large double beds and generous storage space.

• Adjoining and renovated bathroom: shower, vanity unit, heated towel rail, hairdryer, WC.

🚗 Nearest free parking: Doctor Guichard Street (5 minutes on foot).
