ROSE Vacances offers you this pleasant apartment located in a very quiet area of the historic centre of Angers. Located on the 1st floor, it offers you a bright and welcoming space, with direct access to the terrace, designed to offer you relaxation and well-being for two.



🌿 The accommodation consists of:



• An independent bedroom equipped with a double bed and practical storage for a peaceful stay.

• A lounge/equipped kitchen (Senseo coffee maker), decorated and conducive to relaxation and disconnection

• A bathroom with shower and toilet.



🚗 Parking:

Paid parking around the accommodation. Nearest car park: Place Freppel.

Free parking: Place de la Rochefoucault car park (15 minutes on foot).



📍 Location:



– 10 minutes' walk from Angers railway station

– 2 minutes' walk from the city centre

– In the immediate vicinity of shops, restaurants and city attractions



ℹ️ Practical Information



⏰ Stay times

• Arrival: from 4pm (not before)

• Departure: by 10am at the latest (not after)



🛏️ Accommodation prepared for your arrival

End of stay cleaning, bed linen and towels included.



🧽 Exit Instructions – Mandatory



Thank you for:

• Washing and putting away the dishes

• Emptying the refrigerator

• Taking the bins out to the designated locations

• Gathering the used laundry in the entrance



In case of non-compliance, a surcharge will be applied (AirCover or security deposit).



📩 48 hours before your arrival, you will receive:



• Instructions for your self-check-in

• Your digital welcome booklet: how the accommodation works, Wi-Fi, equipment, parking 🚗, waste sorting ♻️
