ROSE Vacances offers you this charming apartment nestled on the 3rd floor of a building without a lift. This compact, warm and functional accommodation is ideal for a stay alone, as a couple or with a child.

Capacity: up to 3 people.



🌟 The accommodation consists of:

• Living room with single sofa bed.

• Equipped kitchen: induction hobs, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker (Dolce Gusto) and kettle.

• Independent bedroom: double bed (160 cm).

• Renovated bathroom: bath and toilet.



🚗 Paid street parking.

🚗 Free parking: Rue de la Madeleine (5 minutes' walk from the accommodation).



📍 Location:

Close to public transport, shops and the city centre.

⏰ Stay times

• Arrival: from 4pm (not before)

• Departure: by 10am at the latest (not after)



🛏️ Accommodation prepared for your arrival

End of stay cleaning, bed linen and towels included.



🧽 Checkout Instructions – Mandatory

Thank you for:

• Washing and putting away the dishes

• Emptying the refrigerator

• Taking out the bins to the designated locations

• Gathering used laundry in the entrance

👉 In case of non-compliance, a surcharge will be applied (AirCover or security deposit).



📩 48 hours before your arrival, you will receive:

• Instructions for your independent arrival

• Your digital welcome booklet: how the accommodation works, Wi-Fi, coffee maker, parking tips 🚗, bin information ♻️
