âThe room was large, the bed was comfortable and the location was great. However, we had several days without hot water, there were a couple bugs in the room and I received dozen flea bites in the first couple of days. While the rooms have been upgraded, the hallways have not and the carpets were grungy, and hallways had poor lighting. If cleaning were stepped up and hot water guaranteed weâd stay again. Staff were responsive when asked to change furniture for fleas, but did not communicate hot...

âThe stay was subpar. The room had a weird smell when we entered and the bed was hard and uncomfortable. It was very noisy, heard cars all night every night. Was also charged for a small food stain that could easily be taken out by the laundry team. Scam.â

âResidence 110 is a well-located, clean and reasonably priced hotel. However, the inconvenience of having only one elevator for 14 floors occasionally leads to extended wait times. Additionally, the room doors' poor noise isolation, akin to cardboard, allows sounds from the corridor to disrupt your sleep, especially when doors are closed forcefully. Despite these considerations, I would still rate my experience a solid 8 out of 10.â

âI have to admit that the hotel have an easy access to the restaurant and the market and the reviews of the riverfront. But they do need to remodel the room itâs too over dated. Especially the lizard crawling on the ceiling at night time the shower system is also over dated especially with the hot water. You have to turn on the water heater to get the hot water for the water for the shower which Iâm not use to. But the staff is very nice. â
