Our spacious home can easily accommodate up to 10 guests. The backyard is a highlight, boasting a large sunny deck, a big grassy lawn and a tree swing - perfect for those who are young at heart. The BBQ and al fresco area are great for entertaining on warm summer evenings. We can`t wait to host you!

There`s so much to do here, with outdoor attractions for the whole family to enjoy, from cliff-top walks to river fishing and golfing. You`ll love the short walk to Anglesea Surf Beach, local cafes, and the nearby shops. It’s the perfect spot for creating wonderful holiday memories on the Surf Coast!

Lower level:

- Open plan living/dining/kitchen
- 1 x queen bedroom
- 1 x bathroom
- 1 x laundry
- Garage for guest use and various lawn games that guests are welcome to

Upper level:

- 1 x queen room
- 1 x queen room in the upstairs rumpus (with TV and sofas)
- 1 x bunk room (with two bunks)
- 1 x bathroom

Guests have access to the entire home.

Please note we take a Pre-Authorization Bond of $500 24hrs before you check-out, this is held in your bank account and not taken out. Once the property is checked for damage or missing items the bond will be release 7 days after check-out.
No young groups or Schoolies, No events, Hens or Bucks. Adult couples and families are preferred.
