With 2,000 m² of outdoor space including a 15x5 m heated swimming pool and sea views from the terrace, this property is designed for complete relaxation. The modern architecture and tasteful decor add a touch of luxury and elegance.

The house
This spacious and bright house, designed to accommodate up to 12 people, has 7 comfortable bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, providing the ideal space for families or groups of friends. Six bedrooms are air-conditioned for optimum comfort, while the seventh bedroom, located on the north side of the house, does not require air conditioning. The large living room opens onto the terrace and is perfect for socializing. The well-kept garden, large secure swimming pool, and relaxation area invite you to unwind. The outdoor area is furnished with a dining table, perfect for al fresco meals and sharing moments around the barbecue.

Practical details
The house has indoor parking for three vehicles, ensuring easy access and secure parking. With seven bedrooms and six bathrooms, everyone can enjoy their own space. The house is also equipped to meet the needs of a large family or group, while allowing everyone to feel at home. The modern, fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals. Only the garage is not available to tenants.

The neighborhood
Located in Anglet, a few minutes' drive from the beaches of Chambres d'Amour and Biarritz. This property enjoys an exceptional location for making the most of the Basque coast. You will also be just a few minutes from the center of Biarritz, with its lively market halls, shops, and restaurants. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES:
As a general rule, arrivals are between 4pm and 7pm, and departures between 8am and 10am. For any arrival or departure before 8am or after 7pm, an additional fee will be applied:

From 7pm to 10pm - 50€
From 10pm to Midnight - 80€
From Midnight to 6am - 120€
From 6am to 8am – 80
