”BEST “back to school stay-action ever!” Wanted to do a little something for the family and friends before school started and let me tell you, this was a HIT! The kids and adults had such a fun time! Check in was SEAMLESS and the house looked just like the pictures. Everything was super clean and stocked. The back yard was a hit for the kiddos (and us adults when they weren’t taking it over lol). ”We stayed at SandyCheeks over Labor Day weekend for a last minute getaway before school begins. The house is super cute, well decorated and maintained. Very comfortable. The owners thought of everything! From the coffee pods to the board games, they were well prepared for a family to stay. The upstairs deck was great on warm evenings. Short and easy walk to the beach which has a playground. Quick drive to buffalo and Niagara Falls. Lots of hiking in the nearby area. Hosts were quick to answer...

”It was clean, spacious and very comfortable! We stayed here for my wedding downtown and the host was very responsive and accommodating! The surrounding area is sketchy but being a local that grew up in the city, it didn’t bother me and had no effect on the property itself. ”

”We had such a great time — the apartment was cozy, relaxing, and perfect for our weekend getaway. Everything was just as described, and it felt like a home away from home. One tip: Ubers and food delivery apps will get confused by the address, so be sure to follow John’s helpful instructions. Overall, a lovely stay and we’d happily come back again!”
