Little Beachies is the entire upstairs floor of Beachies beach house. It's situated in one of the most sought-after locations, where access to some of the best surf breaks, swimming spots, and whale watching opportunities are just a stone's throw away. Be adventurous and explore the nearby National Park and hidden bush walkways, or simply take your time discovering the charming rock pools and special viewing spots where you can observe the stunning surf.

When you're ready to indulge in good coffee and healthy food, you won't have to venture far. The Angourie Cafe is just a hop and a skip away.

Little Beachies is perfect for couples or a small family with plenty of room to spread out. The furniture is comfortable and stylish with warm timber tones, quality textiles and linen provided. Everything has been thought of in this beautifully appointed home with full kitchen and laundry, kitchen basics and luxury Lief bathroom consumables.

Little Beachies includes an open plan living, dining and kitchen area that leads out to a generous north facing deck offering expansive ocean views. Watch the shimmering sea or the rising moon from the comfort of your hammock while you savour your favourite book in the morning sun. There is also a front veranda with views over the national park so you may watch the sunset with your cocktail hour. There are two queen sized bedrooms on this floor and a full family sized bathroom located directly between the two bedrooms.

The picturesque village of Angourie is where natural unspoilt beauty by the sea is on full display. You'll discover an abundance of flora and fauna in the nearby national park and encounter our world class beach breaks.

Guest Access:
You may access the property anytime after your designated check-in time. There is a lock box at the front door.

The Neighborhood:
The village of Angourie was built around one of the world's greatest surf beach breaks at Angourie Point. The town is tranquil and secluded and situated right on the Yuraygir National Park. Angourie Cafe & Wine Bar is only a 100m walk away. Angourie is far enough away from the hustle of Yamba and yet close enough to enjoy the nearby amenities and restaurants.

Getting Around:
Little Beachies is a five minute walk to Spookies Beach, the blue and green pools, the park and Angourie's restaurant. Angourie is an 8 minute drive to the larger township of Yamba.

Our cleaning fee includes professional cleaning and linen hire.
We have a very strict policy of no parties, loud music or excess guests.
We have noiseaware noise monitors on site. They monitor decibels and will alert us of any unsolicited parties.
