”Very clean home that is as shown in pictures. Bonnie, the manager is a good communicator and responsive. The property is in a more rural part of the island, so a car is needed. Very peaceful and quiet place in the mornings.”

”The house was spacious and the hosts provided everything needed. The beds are quite firm, which is fine if you like firm beds. The futon is quite uncomfortable. It was lovely to have a washing machine and dryer that work well. The house gets extremely hot. A/C only works in the bedrooms. The area has tons of mosquitoes, much more than other parts of the island. The beach is convenient for some activities but is not a great swimming beach. The owner and property manager are lovely people. ”

”We really enjoyed our stay at The Abbey! The house was absolutely perfect with the most stunning views of the ocean from almost every inch of the property. Plenty of room to relax, comfortable beds and great kitchen! Geenelle and Lisa were the best at helping make our stay just perfect!”

”The house was big and in good condition and had a gate and great views of St Maarten. But I would not recommend this to anyone I know. The email instructions to get into the house were not sent on time and the owner was not quick to respond until hours later after we arrived. The AC was NOT working upstairs which is where the living room and kitchen were and it was too hot to be up there. We weren’t even notified about it being out until I reached out how to turn it on. The tv in the master...
