”We had a wonderful week. Our host (Roberta) took great care of us and made every effort to ensure our stay very enjoyable. She also cooked us a wonderful meal. The house was spacious and had beautiful garden fantastic views and a well tended infinity pool. Location was secluded but with close proximity to the towns on Lake Braciano and rail services to central Rome”

”We were staying at Villa for one week and the house was very nice, clean, big enough for four person. Swimming pool was big enough to chili down during the hot days. Loredana arranged very nice birthday dinner for 8 person with wines and flowers. Everything worked well during the holiday week. I will recommend this place. ”A fantastic property, both inside and out. The outdoor dining and living area was great and well used. Pool and tennis court on superb condition. The centre of Rome was easily accessible using the punctual trains. Check-in process was so smooth and property full of the essentials that you often have to source yourself. We had a great holoday using this lovely villa as our base. We hope to return very soon!”

”Wir haben unseren Familienurlaub in der Villa Iara verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden. Die Villa ist genauso schön und komfortabel wie im Internet beschrieben – eher noch besser. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Gastgeberin und die Dame, die uns das Haus gezeigt hat, waren äußerst hilfsbereit und haben sich sofort um jedes kleine Anliegen gekümmert. Wir haben uns jederzeit wohl und gut betreut gefühlt. Wenn wir wieder in der Nähe von Rom Urlaub machen, würden wir unseren Aufenthalt auf jeden Fall...

”Fantastisk beliggenhet, stor og romslig bolig, men ikke tilpasset utleie for 11 personer. Strømbrudd pga belastning, dårlig røropplegg og svært variabel kvalitet på sengene. Ett av rommene med 4 senger er uten vifte og/eller AC, det ble ubehagelig varmt. Havbunnen rett utenfor er full av kråkeboller så badesko er påkrevd. P.t velegnet for kanskje 6 personer, dersom man er flere bør man sjekke om boligen er blitt oppgradert. Stille og rolig område, man bør ha bil.”

The outside area isn't overlooked at all which makes for a lovely, relaxing stay. Vittorio is very responsive and lovely to deal with. Any issues or questions that we had were quickly answered. ”Our stay at your incredible Villa was the highlight of our family trip! First of all, the beautiful accommodations for the 12 of us were so perfect. As we ranged from 14 to 85 years old- the rooms we had seemed destined for our own individual needs. Our room was perfect. Having both a separate and common entrance was a great unexpected perk!
