”We booked this hotel largely because of the pool and hot tub. When we checked in we were informed the heating element for both was out, so the hot tub wasn’t working and the pool was chilly, but at least open. Okay, we can work with that. However, when we went to swim, it was obvious the pool filter wasn’t working properly either. There was algae growth around the filter and filter ducts, a pool light with exposed wiring wrapped in duct tape pulled from the open socket to poolside linoleum and...

”The location was great and breakfast was good, provided the normal staff is on duty to make it and not having to deal with some meth-head rubbish.
The staff does the best they can, which is clear. However, the toilet and air conditioner in the room were obviously beyond repair as neither functioned properly even after being attended to. Given what is charged each night, whether or not it’s worth it is truly a question.
To whomever is selecting this location, do not accept a room without...
