I went to check-in, their system was down, and instead of an apology or explanation, I got yelled at by the front desk for asking "are you ready for me?" when I approached the desk. The WORST part (because things happen) was when I called the manager on Monday, there was defensive reaction, no apology and no "what can we do to make this right". I had to book & stay at another hotel where I was treated wonderfully! This is not my first negative run-in with a Hilton. What has happened to this hotel? Never again!!
