Walking distance to cafes, golf cart rentals, island boutiques, and even the local island trolley stop! Surrounded by swaying palms with a stone cottage exterior that’s fenced in and has a whimsical feel from the moment you arrive. This home is brightened by an abundance of natural sunlight throughout and has plenty of windows to open up to capture the gulf breezes. A beautiful kitchen with new appliances, granite counters w/ a kitchen island that overlooks the dining and living space. Stocked with all the culinary essentials for preparing nightly dinners with a cozy living area to relax with a movie from the large flat panel. The home comes nicely appointed with 3 bedrooms that all feature king beds, luxury bedding, and storage for your beach bags. Two spacious bathrooms where one is a tub/shower combo and the second bathroom has a step-in shower both refreshed with granite counters and accessed from the hallway.

From the beach to the bay you have endless water adventure options. Sail away on a local fishing charter or rent a kayak to cruise the calm waters and canals, you may even have the chance of spotting manatees or dolphins! Take in the legendary sunsets from the beach and walk towards famous Bean Point for more breathtaking views.
