Your very own garden oasis awaits at this single-level home on the desirable north end of Anna Maria Island, where you'll have a private pool with a spillover spa, an at-home putting green, and a game room - all within walking distance of stunning beaches, great restaurants, and charming shops.

The location of this home can't be beat: a few doors down from bayside beaches and about seven blocks from Bean Point Beach (a local favorite at sunset). You'll also be able to walk to Rod and Reel Pier, Anna Maria Island City Pier, and Pine Avenue's popular dining and shopping.

This home is a delight to return to after a day at the beach, with an outdoor shower waiting to rinse you off before you ease into the pool and spa. The extensive backyard also features lounge chairs, a golf green, a cornhole set, a gas grill with a shaded dining table for afternoon barbecues, and a screened lanai where you can retreat from the sun. , along with a garage game room with Ping-Pong, a mini-hoop-shoot game, and plenty of beach equipment for your enjoyment.

The interior is every bit as comfortable, offering an eat-in kitchen, an adjacent sunroom, and TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. Central AC and a washer/dryer are provided as well.

THINGS TO KNOW
Guests must use their own account credentials for streaming services.
Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $32 per day plus tax. A 48 hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees. We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
