    Inside: fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher), dining space, living area with TV, and complimentary Sarasota-roasted coffee to start your mornings. Free WiFi included.



    Amenities: access to shared swimming pool and on-site laundry. Multiple units are available on the property (16 in total) for larger groups traveling together who want to stay together but also have their private space.

Great location - walking to restaurants, shops and the beach! The bed was very comfortable. Beach towels were ready. We didn't use the pool but saw people having a fun time in it. Quiet area.

Overall good stay

We have stayed here each year for about five years. It’s a great location with consistently above par cleanliness, great proximity to all things AMI, responsive to questions, etc. It’s also one of the few and well managed lodging options that accept stays less than one week. Overall, would stay again. We do have an inconvenient experience worth sharing. Our most recent stay placed us in a villa without a coffee maker. We let staff know, we promised a coffeehouse maker would be delivered but that never happened. This may seem minor, but FL is hot. Many of us wake up early, have coffee and get moving before the temps rise. You can’t buy a cup of coffee before 7 or 7:30 on AMI.

The location was great. The electronic door keypad didn’t work. We had to call when we arrived to get into the unit. The team was very responsive and we were in the unit in no time! Walked to every meal!!

Great location amenities

Perfect little stay in a great part of Anna Maria Island. Close enough to walk to great restaurants and the beach. Comfortable enough to stay in and spend the day by the pool.

Great location

This place was very clean & close to everything! The property was very nice. Only downfall was the shower barely working not sure if all the units on the property were the same or just mine but barely any water would come out. Other than that I loved it! Great location

Great property. Pet friendly. Clean space and very cute pool area. The area of the property is awesome. Cute restaurants and shops nearby! Will come back for a longer stay:)

AMI vacation

We chose this little spot for a relaxing weekend and it was perfect! We could walk to the beach and stores. They have free public transportation to the bars so that eliminates drunk drivers. It was a great time we will probably return.

Anna Maria we cannot wait to come back again!

We absolutely loved everything about our garden. Everything in the pictures is exactly like that in real life which I think is amazing and the cleanliness was amazing. The restaurant's and the beaches were all amazing. The entire island was pretty cool and awesome. Definitely going back and recommend Anna Maria to everyone.

Me and my siblings booked this vacation for my parents as a Christmas gift, and they absolutely loved it. We kept getting messages about how cute the property was, pictures of the different scenery, and the best food places to eat. They even met one of the owners and the pool and said how awesome of a guy he was. I definitely recommend booking with VaCasa for your Anna Maria vacation.
