Welcome to THE Salty Marlin B - offering a new host for a better guest experience in this charming newly renovated canal-front duplex tucked away on the North End of Anna Maria Island are some great new amenities! This cozy retreat offers the perfect blend of island style and modern comfort, with everything you need for a carefree beach getaway. Some of the changes you`ll notice right away is a new coffee & tea bar for the Keurig and electric kettle, Eco-friendly coffee pods, English breakfast tea, cream, sugar, monk fruit, are included. We are now providing salt & pepper grinders, a full spice rack, & olive oil for your basic cooking and baking needs. Also provided are an ample amount of paper towels, dishwasher pods, dish soap, laundry pods, trash bags, and toilet paper. In the tiled bathroom shower you`ll also find Eco-friendly biodegradable sensitive skin friendly shampoo* and bodywash*, conditioner, hand soap, and lotion in refillable containers to support our local ecosystems. Board games and cards are also provided for a quaint evening in after a fun filled, relaxing day at the beach. Rinse off after you return in this unit which has the outdoor shower after a relaxing day at the beach. All the new amenities are included during your stay at THE salty Marlin B!

This side of the duplex features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and 1 outdoor shower which comfortably accommodates up to a maximum of four guests. The primary bedroom offers a plush king bed, while the second bedroom includes a cozy queen, both dressed in crisp 1000 tc 100% Egyptian cotton sheets and 100% cotton/linen duvets as well as all beds having zippered, waterproof, hypoallergenic, bed bug protection including all bed pillows.

The bright, open living area welcomes you to unwind after a day of sunshine and salt air. Brew your morning coffee with the Keurig, or tea with the electric kettle and take breakfast outside to the shared canal-side patio, where you’ll find dining for four under a shaded umbrella overlooking the dock & canal.

Outdoors, enjoy the relaxed island lifestyle with plenty of amenities designed for fun and comfort. Fire up the gas grill for an afternoon barbecue, relax around the shared firepit, or challenge friends to a round of cornhole.

Your stay includes WIFI a washer and dryer, steamer for clothing needs, and all the beach essentials - towels, beach wagon, beach umbrella, and 4 chairs. There’s parking for two cars or 1 vehicle & 1 boat trailer, and you’ll be just minutes from Anna Maria’s Pine Ave with charming shops, and restaurants. As well as a 2 min walk to the nearest beach access. Wash off in the outdoor shower on this side after a fun, relaxing day at the beach!

Traveling with family or friends? The neighboring side of the duplex, THE salty Marlin B, can also be rented if available, allowing your group to stay close while enjoying the comfort and privacy of separate spaces.

The free island trolley stops nearby and travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches. Whether you’re sipping coffee by the canal or watching the sunset over the Gulf, THE Salty Marlin A, offers an easygoing North End experience that feels like home - only better.

Driveway parking is available for a maximum of 2 cars or 1 vehicle & 1 boat trailer. Parking for additional vehicles on the street is possible where permitted by following the rules and regulations of the city. Street parking is forward facing with the flow of traffic and all tires must be completely off the pavement where allowed. Check the city`s website for details.
Kayaks are not included however, maybe rented by contacting the host.
