”Hotel was great - location, amenities, service and cleanliness. Can’t wait to go back. The Rent A Car company -Priceless- was a disaster and ripoff. Located off-airport in a seedy area. Still waiting for reimbursement of $350 extra insurance they required. I’ve never had to provide a copy of the insurance before. Also lied about the need for an Ez pass @ $10.99/ day. Claimed we couldn’t pay at the toll booth. Not true. Took photos to prove. They are not returning my calls. Several travelers...

Shuttle to St Armand circle was great, nice pool and restaurant. Unfortunately construction on beach but that’s out of anyone’s control. would highly recommend for families or anyone looking for a beautiful, convenient stay on Lido beach area. ”
