”The room wasn’t ready when we got there and I kept having to go back through the line because it was already after 4pm. Finally at 4:30 she got us a room. Then they’re knocking on door at 10:45am to clean it asking when we’re leaving. For $400+ dollars, it be nice to have a room for the correct length of time.”
