”Location could not have been better. Walk to restaurants, shops and more importantly the beach! Having beach chairs and a cooler in the room to use during our stay was the best addition. Staff was helpful and the property was clean! Can’t wait to come back!”

”Room was dirty. Cigarette butts in corners of the room. Clraning staff left bags of garbage and old linen from orevious guest in the hall right outside our door for over 24 hours, we had to love it because the wind was blowing and bags were very loud.Trash in the pull out couch. Bathroom was so old and the floor was lifting. Main lights in the bedroom and living room didnt work. Doors dont seal so little bugs get in. Tv screen in living room was broken. ”Ok there is a lot this resort does right but can improve on some things. The activities for the kids are endless! Our group from 3-12 loved the waterslide on the beach & pool with the DJ/kids games was a lot of fun. The beach is beautiful and it perfect for young kids!! One of the biggest downsides is the elevators. They take forever to come and are often packed when you get one. I think this comes from the resort being older and not having any service elevators so the employees have to use the...

”This used to be our private get away - looks like the word is out and EVERYONE brought their kids. Our room was next to a tyrannical screaming two year old boy whose parents could have cared less. Front office was incredibly generous at finding us a new room (with upgraded suite) and a bar credit. Props to the staff as they got through a tough March - ”
