”An incredibly friendly staff. The room was clean and the bathroom large. The bed and pillows were so comfortable - top of the line. Free breakfast was good. The location was great, just over the bridge from the island, overlooking the Anna Maria Sound. We watched a beautiful sunset from the harbor outside the hotel. We had a great stay. ”

”Could not get any closer to the beach! Beautiful sunsets right from our room . Nice location, a bit quieter than further north on the island. Trolley pick-up with in a block. Very helpful front desk. Would definitely stay here again! ”

”The hotel was under construction and was not maintained. Garbage and metal roofing qas being rossed from rooftop to walkway right at our room door. It was incredibly loud and incredibly dangerous. Was not even thrown close to caution taped iff area. Was just thrown pretty forcefully to walkway. That being said, the staff was incredibly professional. and accommodating ”

”This is a dishonest listing. I did not end up staying here because the address was a public boat ramp and there’s no disclosure about that until you attempt to check in. ”

”Was supposed to depart at 6. I showed up at 5:15 and waited until 6 before i started calling their phone number. Had to call 15 times before i got an answer and they said they didnt know i booked it. Said they would have a captain out in 40 minutes. Called me back 20 minutes later to tell me they didnt have a captain. This was 2 weeks ago and i still haven't received a refund. There's either super unprofessional or scam artists.”

”Booked a two night, weekend stay. the “property” is an abandoned vessel moored about 200 yards off shore accessible by watercraft only. No running water. ‘Water provided’ for personal hygiene and sanitary uses consisted of six sixteen ounce bottles and one 1 gallon jug half full. The onboard toilet was inoperable and ‘maintenance’ never arrived to remedy the situation. Spent the first night with the smell of human waste in the air. Transportation to and from the abandoned vessel is offered via...
