”Sarah provided exceptional hospitality, going out of her way to show us the amenities. Our room and the entire first floor of common areas were inviting, well-appointed, art-forward and yet commodious. Breakfast at Warda was “next level” and we appreciated having the vouchers for breakfast each day. Would recommend ALEO to anyone and would stay there again.”

”As always, the service was awesome. The guys operating the shuttle were always willing to take us or pick us up and very knowledgeable. I find the hotel is showing its age now. We were given a room where the bathroom really needs an update. The tub is dangerous, getting in and out. They really need walk in showers. Also the restaurant seems very short staffed. The morning staffer works alone and gets very overwhelmed and actually runs to deliver food. Also he wasn't the friendliest. We spoke,...

My only complaint for a not 5 star was that there were slightly large bugs in our room, not on the bed but on the floor, I’m only assuming since it’s dark with the solar lighting. Other than that this place was absolutely stunning and I will be returning!”

Our room was oversized and quite comfortable. Every staff member we encountered, from valet to maintenance, was very professional and welcoming. We felt taken care of. We used the in-room coffee maker, but IHOP in the lobby offers lattes and more; plus the 24-hr snack area offers an automated Starbucks...
