"Luxurious place to stay and enjoy your summer holiday. We enjoyed the spa and relaxation area and visited Eagle's Nest. The buses to Eagle's Nest are within a very short (10-minute) walking distance. We also had an excellent dinner at the hotel's restaurant, which holds two Michelin stars."

"This hotel (and town) exceeded all my expectations! Very friendly and helpful staff, the spa area was clean and lovely, and my room was very comfortable and spacious. And the dinner, oh my goodness. I booked halfboard just to have an easy, simple dinner after a long day of hiking. I was served a full meal in a beautiful restaurant, and everything was delicious. I stayed for one night, but it was a shame to leave, I would have enjoyed staying longer and exploring the area further. "

"Avoid this place. Pictures give the impression that the rooms have beautiful lake views. I booked a room for a really high price. When arriving, I found out that in order to get a room with a lake view, I had to pay 20% extra, and there were only a few of those rooms. Most rooms have a view of the wall of a neighboring building. The room was also worn down. It may have been a good room ages ago, but in its current condition, it is not worth the money they charge. Also, there was no AC, and even in early March, the room got really hot."
