”Hieno hotelli, suosottelen!”

”We were staying in room 124, it is located over tram stop. Yes there is some noise, but not too much. Bath tub was well liked and could have been more used if more time. Very clean room and beds were outstanding. Car park is nicely located and free! Staff was helpfull and kind. This Hotel is safe choise! ”

”Check in was very efficient. The electronic cards to our rooms were already prepared and waiting for us. Although not new, the property was well maintained and everything worked well. Lee was the receptionist, bartender and waitress and did an outstanding job. Our dinners in the restaurant on site were all very good. Breakfast was made to order and was also excellent. ”

”Alku sujui todella hyvin. Hotels.com hoiti nopeasti varaukset ja sen jälkeen vielä muutoksen.Todella kitkaton tapa varata hotelli ja varmasti palaan asiaan. Asiakaspalvelutaso oli heikko, niin vastaanotossa kuin aamiashuoneessa. Oli välinpitämättömyyttä, palveluhaluttomuutta tai sitten kiirettä. Kiireessä ei todellakaan tarvitse olla kireän ja vihaisen näköinen, sillä tuollainen tunne päällä ei varmasti säästä yhtään aikaa. Henkilökunta asiakaspalvelukoutukseen! Kylpyhuoneessa oli pölyä ja muuta...

”Food was the highlight. Compliments to the chef….very tasty, creative menus Loads of choice in bar menu and fair prices. Wonderful array of options for breakfast. Room with a view and bath. Plenty towels. Chocolates, welcome card and free drink were super bonus…WELL DONE!….means a lot! Comfy bed, lovely linen. ”The parking was free and located right by the resort and spa areas. The room was clean, cozy, and nicely decorated, the pillows were rather hard, though. There was no fridge or microwave in the room, as American guests might desire. There was a hot water boiler, two cups and one spoon, 2 bottles of still water, tea bags and instant coffee singles, and milk singles (during our visit to the area we could not find any coffee creamer in liquid or powdered form anywhere).
