”Bug infested, no hot water (which was supposed to be included), heating was awful did not kill humidity, and no drinkable water(they gave us 2 500ml bottles). Do not recommend, it was awful. The bed sheets were awful, no elastic on it so it kept coming off. We asked for hot water and the owners said it was fine and "changed it" we took a cold ass shower. Not to mention that it was so cold when we woke up that we could see our own breath. The heater for the glamp was a propane operated heater...

”Overall we were dissatisfied with our stay. Although the dome was cute, we quickly ran out of propane heat and had to add another tank. Also, the next morning we ran out of water. Upon informing the manager, we did get an apology and nothing more. Safety was also a concern. There were solar powered outdoor lights that quickly went out after dark! We won’t stay here again. ”

”Delious buffet breakfast. Property is tired and has slipped from previous years. Resort bedrooms require upgrades and needs attention to detail. Check room 234....bathroom grouting, bathroom mirror has white paint spattered around the edges ,TV is in a poor position and plastic glasses for a "4" star resort!!!! Bedroom bedcover and pillowcases not pressed. The dining room table cloth and napkins are not pressed....why is that as it looks terrible.”

”My partner and I booked for a little getaway for our anniversary, and i have nothing bad to say, a minor issue that was encountered was dealt with promptly, and overall it was a beautiful location and wonderful amenities for our needs.”
