Villa The Inspiration

Built in 2023, this luxurious villa covers 620 m² on 3 levels:

- On the ground floor, there is a huge living room open to the outside, with two salons, one of which has a grand piano. This room is completely modular and is ideal for professional seminars, as it is equipped with a video projector and speakers.

Share convivial moments with family or friends in the dining room or directly in the fully equipped kitchen with its majestic central island in fine materials. For added privacy, a professional kitchen is also available, the perfect place to host a private chef for a bespoke lunch or dinner. In addition, we include a housekeeper service during the summer season (summer season dates to be confirmed by the agency). This service includes: daily cleaning, supplies, breakfasts...

Relax on the covered terrace with a 180° view of Lake Annecy from the Jacuzzi or the heated infinity pool. Enjoy a moment of pure relaxation on the sun loungers around the pool, on the lawn or on the small natural sandy beach. In the evening, use the brazier to warm up while enjoying the view of Annecy and its lights.

On the same level, you'll find the master bedroom: a magnificent suite with a marble bath for 2, an Italian shower and a covered terrace with a private jacuzzi and sunbeds overlooking the lake.

The villa also has a superb cinema room for those special evenings.

At the rear of the villa, the tranquil Japanese garden is the perfect place to relax.

- On the garden level there are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a covered terrace with access to the grounds and a motor racing themed lounge/games room. On this level there is a large dressing room and a wine cellar for private tastings or small group tasting courses.

- On the first floor, there are three double bedrooms, each with a covered terrace and relaxing furniture overlooking Lake Annecy. There is also a reading area with a desk, ideal for those who wish to work from home.


This level also includes a well-equipped private gym with treadmill, elliptical, rowing machine, punching bag, ladder and elastic.

In the garden, perfect for meditation, you can try your hand at yoga in a setting of exceptional natural stone. There is also a petanque court and enclosed garages.
