”The property had several broken item's of furniture, was dirty and is in desperate need of a clean. The bathroom didn't have anywhere to hang towels to dry, the balcony table didn't have any chairs, the kitchen utensils were chipped or damaged. The house also smelt of cigarettes.”

”This is a cute little apartment perfectly located right in the old town of Annecy I will endeavour to leave a practical and honest review as we found our stay to be.It was spotlessly clean with lots of extras such as toiletries and cleaning items. It is well equipped and modern. It has a spacious double bedroom, however the other sleeping option is a sofa bed in the small lounge which makes space very tight when there are four adults (2 separate couples). There is no storage for clothes and...

”- Bad communication from property company.- The apartment itself was fine - clean, crisp sheets and bedding, adequate towels, a larger fridge with freezer, a tower fan in the living room, newer flooring. In a residential neighborhood with a little park down the street, a small grocery store around the corner, a larger indoor shopping area not far, and a good fast-ish food burger place (Point B Burger). It is a 13-minute walk to the lake-beach and to the beautiful main Old Town area of Annecy.”

”Great home…very comfortable (air-conditioning could be better) ...this seems to be a problem in Europe...here the control of the air-conditioning was not given to us even though we requested this several time. Otherwise, it is a fantastic home, large rooms, wonderful bathrooms ...and withing a short walking distance to the most vibrant part of the city. ”

”nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de bienveillance et de professionnalisme par Latifa. l emplacement de la porte d'entrée située très en hauteur de la rue rend obligatoire le parking proposé afin de gérer les bagages notamment. il est dommage que cette prestation ne soit pas incluse dans le prix de la location. la télévision par satellite limite l'accès aux chaines nationales. prestation globalement satisfaisante. très bon emplacement à proximité de la vieille ville accessible à pieds.”

”Petit appartement dans un quartier calme, à côté de la rivière Le Laudon, propre et decoré avec goût, literie confortable. La vue de la terrasse donne du côté du Semnoz. A quelques minutes à pieds du Super U en suivant le sentier le long de la rivière.”
