”A great hotel situated a half hour walk / 15 minute bus ride from the centre of San Sebastián (number 26 which leaves from the street behind the hotel). The rooms were in great condition as were the hotel facilities. The gym was great, and pool area was spacious with plenty of sitting room. The location being a bit far out from the centre is made up for by the hotel. ”

”The hotel is really nice, very clean with great staff. The room I had was a smaller room, but it was comfortable and suited my needs.
The location is slightly out of the way from town, it was nice the hotel offered free bikes, it helped a lot. However, because it's not in the center of town, there is ample parking on the property and it's quieter overall.”
”Clean, spacious, close to everything! We loved Amaya at the front desk, she was so helpful and the after hours check in was simple. The room was beautiful with a huge outdoor patio including table and chairs. The living room and room each had a door to the patio. The bed was comfortable and clean.
The location is very close walking distance to the beach and old town, and there’s a restaurant, and small grocery store right downstairs!

"The hotel is located on a quiet street with very quick access to the Kontxa beach. The staff was very helpful but not always available. They had switched the heating off for the summer in mid-April, which made the room a bit chilly. Otherwise an excellent experience."
