”Beautiful serene property right off the ocean and a river. The ocean is not a beach for swimming but the resort has a pool. Peaceful lush environment. An amazing staff all around. Sernita was very friendly and always went out of her way to satisfy our needs. Ellen was very knowledgeable about the island’s plants and allowed us to harvest to make our own unique teas. ”MJ Studio was really clean, quiet and nice and close to the airport. The owner of the place was really a nice lady and had good communication. She even helped us get a rental to and from the airport. Would definitely recommend and would return.”

”I liked the room, the location of the hotel. I liked that the owner brought us tea upon our arrival at the hotel. The facility was clean, spacious and it felt like home away from home. The owner's daughter Shauna, helped me tremendously as I unfortunately had a fall outside of the hotel and Shauna assisted me greatly with ice packs, special pain gel for my knee and also allowed me to have a lower level accommodation as it was difficult for me to manage the steps. ”Overall we loved it, though it would have been good to know that you can't drive to the hotel if you don't have a proper 4WD as it is located at the end of a long and steep tarished road.
