”Very good hotel. One beach in short walking distance (5 minutes). Car is needed if you plan to stay in the hotel. Limited number of restaurants near. Very quiet environment. nice sea view from high hill. Pool was nice and clean. If you want to stay away of tourists and willing to maky our own food or drive to the restaurants by own car, this is good choise.”

”Booked this hotel thru Hotels.com. While I have no complaints about the hotel, the room I reserved was not the one I ordered. I reserved a beach view w/king size bed. When I got there- they said I didn’t have enough Marriott ‘status’ to get that room… After a big to-do, and an upgrade courtesy of our friends, we were able to get the room we reserved. The Hotel was not anywhere near capacity and they claimed they had no availability to accommodate us. ”

”We stayed as a family with 2 children. I hope they were not too noisy. We loved our stay. The house was beautifully decorated, very well organized and very clean, it had everything we needed. We enjoyed watching sunset and boats every evening and our kids loved the cat that walked outside the house. The location was perfect for us, right on the beach! Would definitely come back!!”

”Delightful bungalow steps from L’Esprit and two minute walk to Le Grain de Sel restaurants. About a five minute walk to Saline beach. Landscape is filled with wonderfully fragrant plants. Tortoises visited daily during our stay. Location was easy to find and easy to access other parts of the island. Outdoor kitchen and dining area is lovely (we appreciated the electronic mosquito swatter at dusk). Would definitely return.”

”This villa was well appointed and designed. We loved lounging by the pool, having drinks on the deck and even eating several dinners on the outside dining area. The house Ipod was a treat! ”this is the first time for my husband and I in Saint Martin so we felt a little nervous about picking a neighborhood just off of house photos alone. This property did not disappoint. The house is beautifully appointed with stunning views and everything you need and more. Pascal and Muguet are amazing hosts. ”Air conditioning marginal. Thermostat broken and not blowing cold enough. Microwave not working. Whirpool tub awkward as a shower.
