”Great property with a beautiful view of the hills from a picturesque sun deck. The sun deck on the first floor also includes a heated, well lit pool which is available for use all day long, beach chairs, a fully equipped kitchen(limited use) and a corner nook in case you wanna hang out by the pool but stay out of the sun at the same time. ”The resort is located in a quiet part of the island and rooms are very nice. The rooms have kitchenettes which is great if you don't want to cook. Notably restaurant options are thin.It is an advantage to rent a car because there is no public transportation to the resort. My only complaints are that the resort is spread out and involves a lot of walking. Second, you need to remember to rent beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas in advance. In my opinion, resort guests should be guaranteed spots. ...

”We stayed for 4 nights. Area is nice, beach is very close and there's lots of restaurants. Our favourite was lolo Cynthias talk of the town. Try their pina coladas. Hotel itself was okay. There's no roof in the bathroom, so no privacy there. Also walls are very thin, so you will hear your neighbours. From the airport you need to take a taxi to Grand Case, but otherwise you can use busses, costs only 1,5$. It's cheap and fun! We think Grand Case was the best beach in the island.”

”This was the best hotel stay we have ever experienced. Upon arrival we were greeted with the friendliest reception staff. The entire week that was carried through with every staff member we encountered. Our room was very clean and daily housekeeping kept it sparkling all week. The grounds are gorgeous and the walk through the gardens to the beach took my breath every time. We are already planning our return trip next year. ”

”This was our first time staying on the French side, at Esmeralda. Overall, it is a decent resort; it consists of small villages, each containing four guest rooms. The rooms themselves are spacious and clean, and every village shares a swimming pool among its four units. The resort grounds feature a French restaurant serving very delicious food. Another nice perk is that the resort has its own private beach area, for which you can make reservations. There is a designated parking spot right next...

”Very good hotel. One beach in short walking distance (5 minutes). Car is needed if you plan to stay in the hotel. Limited number of restaurants near. Very quiet environment. nice sea view from high hill. Pool was nice and clean. If you want to stay away of tourists and willing to maky our own food or drive to the restaurants by own car, this is good choise.”

”Beautiful, well maintained property with great location and amenities. Staff were friendly but seemed to lack training. However, rooms have no soundproofing with screaming kids, squealing chair legs across the tile floors, people pounding on doors and karaoke/reggae music playing all day and all night with rock hard mattresses that were so uncomfortable I got very little sleep and woke up in pain everyday ”
