Staff/Manager apologetic and refund the difference in cash.Was initially given a car park view room with balcony over a smoking area and cigarette smell coming up from below. ”Location location location I was super impressed with Lafe Boutique Hotel — such a great last-minute find! The location is perfect, right in the center of everything. ”The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, making my stay very enjoyable. The staff were also incredibly kind and welcoming. While we had a car, the hotel is only about a 15–20 minute walk from Sarandë’s center, which was convenient. The only area I think could be improved is the breakfast quality. ”The hotel was lovely, very modern. Close to the beach, local restaurants and shops. The staff were so friendly that after moving to a different hotel in Ksamil that we had pre booked - on our way back (having checked out 4 days prior but sarenda is closer to the port and we had quite a few hours to kill) they let us store our suitcases there for no extra cost even helped us load them in and out the taxi. Cannot fault this hotel at all they could maybe use a pool but they’re so close to the sea...
