”I liked so many things about Curtain Bluff. The beach area is beautiful and all of the activities are within easy reach. The food was diverse and delicious. A new dinner menu every evening with wonderful choices. Everybody was extremely friends, including the people who were also vacationing there. I loved the open-ness of the public areas, so it was cool and comfortable without being air conditioned. It was a great spot to relax or keep busy.”

”One of the biggest draws to this property is there are no children. It is couples only. Therefore, peace and calm surround you. Of course, you will have to put up with the screaming children on the plane ride to and from the island unless you fly private. Also, for boat charters, this is a convenient location. For both of these reasons, this resort beats Jumby Bay. Jumby Bay actually tries to attract families with childrens' programs and, boats won't go all the way to Jumby Bay for charters...

”Beautiful setting on a lake next to the sea. Each evening, we were treated to a parade of cruise ships coming and going from St John's harbor. Small wildlife was everywhere, day and night. Our was furnished with everything needed to cook and prepare our meals. easy walk to the local beaches. A great to relax on your Carribean vacation”

”The beach was unbeatable. The sand was great, no rocks. The water was beautiful, warm and turquoise. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas on the beach. Service was a bit slow at times but we weren’t in a rush. Some areas had sewage smell wafting. Need to improve the sanitation in that regard. ”

”The beach is gorgeous and the staff are fantastic. Good selection of non-motorised water sports, bed is comfy and the free minibar (soft drinks only) is a nice touch. Only reasons for 4 not 5 star rating was that I thought the on site restaurants were a little over priced for the food as were the drinks, and shower gels etc we’re not replenished (minor touch I appreciate). ”

”We really appreciated the upgrade to a Royal suite! As an all inclusive resort that has high volume of food preparation, I had one issue with milk that was starting to sour. Secondlly, on the trip home I developed Traveller's diarrhea. However I could not pinpoint the source.”

”We are return guests and love it. The food was amazing at both the Pineapple Grill and Chef Pietros. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Now the negatives - the rooms in the waterfront building NEED to be renovated desperately. The showers are disgusting and ours had red an black mildew growing. Also, who can reach a safe that is 6 ft off the ground? My wife couldn’t and I had to pull a chair up to it each time I needed to get in. Last, the Topaz restaurant always seemed short staffed....
