”We loved our stay at Hawksbill. The food was excellent for an AI property. The king bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. We had a garden view room, mini fridge stocked with drinks (2 beers, 2 OJ's, 2 cokes, 2 sprites and 2 waters) and room cleaned daily. The beaches on the property were top notch. The infinity pool was beautiful. The reef in front of beach is thriving and teaming with fish. Bring your own mask/snorkle/fins or get them free from the activities hut. There were enough...

”Unfortunately, my overall experience at this property did not align with the Marriot brand. The poor level of service and hospitality we received at this property has tarnished our view of the Marriot brand. The lack of regard for guests and their experience was deplorable. Exceptional hospitality is one of the reasons we choose to stay at this property, but this experience fell well below those expectations. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses their service failures so...
