”Hands down, the best hotel in Victoria! We had such a warm welcome from the get go, all staff were so helpful and friendly. Our one bedroom suite was beautiful, clean, spacious, and had a balcony with a lovely view. It’s in a convenient location, close to several shopping and restaurants. If you are going somewhere close by, the hotel even offers complimentary shuttle. Definitely would only stay here from now on. I love that it’s a family owned hotel as well. ”

”Room was spacious and clean. Pool area was clean. Front desk staff didn’t know their rooms, told me there was a pullout couch when there wasn’t. Seemed a little overwhelmed upon arrival due to an event and being oversold (according to person at desk.) Bar/restaurant was either closed before 10pm or booked for private function each night, nowhere else to go. ”
